What is it?
When "Me" Becomes "We" is a manual for couples who are struggling to figure out their joint "style", having difficulties blending two homes into one and encountering stumbling-blocks along the way.
What should you expect from this book?
It's less about specific decorating tips and more about learning how to make smart choices, how to deal with bumps along the road and how to tap into what your joint style might look like.
The content is partly crowd sourced, partly based on my work with clients and partly based on my own experience.
It's short, sweet and to the point. Each page is packed with practical solutions and each chapter is full of quirky tasks, worksheets & exercises that you'll actually have fun doing together.
Why did I create it?
Traditionally women have had free rein over the home, to decorate & design to their heart's content, but men are speaking up these days and asking to be more involved in the furnishing choices, reno decisions and design concept of their home more than ever before, especially among young professionals.
You're home should be an accurate reflection of you as an individual. But what happens when two individuals with specific style preferences cohabitate? A cohesive blend must be achieved that accounts for each of them simultaneously.
